The European Public Prosecutor's Office (EPPO) is the first supranational prosecutor's office with the competence to conduct independent investigations and prosecutions of criminal offenses endangering the EU's financial interests.It will be able to prosecute and bring criminals to justice in the 22 participating EU Member States.Non-participating Member States will be able to join the EPPO at any time.
