The Prosecution Office calls on all victims of any form of domestic violence, including from current or former partners, to ask the court to apply temporary protection against violence. FOR VICTIMS OF HUMAN TRAFFICKING

Human trafficking is a serious violation of human rights – a modern form of slavery achieved by criminally exploiting the psychological, economic or social vulnerability or helplessness of individuals. This crime destroys people's lives, depriving them of their dignity, freedom and fundamental rights, making it the duty of the State and society to be able to identify and report a possible case of human trafficking in a timely manner.

If a person shows signs of being a victim of human trafficking, immediate notification of a social service provider is important not only to help the victim, but also to facilitate the detection and investigation of a criminal offense, as the client is under surveillance and easier to reach.
