How to make a complaint regarding actions and decisions of Prosecutor

By the Article 6(3) of the Law on Prosecution Office is laid down that actions or decision of Prosecutor shall be appealed in cases and according to the procedures set out in the legislative procedural acts (the procedures for lodging and examination of complaints in the criminal procedure are laid down in the Criminal Procedure Law). The complaints in matters being within the exclusive competence of the Prosecution Office must be lodged to Head Prosecutor of next level unit of the Prosecution Office. The complaints regarding actions or decision of Prosecutor of the Prosecutor General’s Office must be lodged to Prosecutor General. The decisions taken by these officials are not appealable.
